The trucks are very inefficient and sometimes unsanitary. Food is prepped sometimes days in advance and not always heated properly. If you drive to a fast food restaurant, that's right, you have to drive, and the food isn't always very nutritious, nor a good value. Our meals are made from scratch, always with an emphasis on quality and nutrition in mind. When your break starts, your food would be ready. Our menu runs on a 4 week seasonal cycle menu. This means the 'main' menu items change each day for 4 weeks. As the seasons change, so does our menu. The Chef/ owner of AFM, is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, also a certified executive chef 'C.E.C.' one of only 6000 in the world. His staff is comprised of culinary school graduates. This means your food is in the hands of professionals striving for only the very best in quality, nutrition and sanitation. Or there is the truck?
